I havent picked up my unit yet but everyone in this place was AMAZING! I literally was in and out with a deal in 3 hours! They really care about helping people- even if they have had credit issues. They dont do the bait and switch, they are open and honest about the pricing of the units and required amount down to hold. They have a great selection of quality RVs and I truly cant say anything negative about my experience with them. Im so glad I chose this company and would highly recommend The RV Guys to anyone looking to buy an RV. Nikki was my sales person and was literally an angel! Brian in the finance area was super nice as well and looked for ways to save me money while getting me into a service warranty. I have a new Jayco, and needed warranty work to on the fifth wheel, and National RV recommended that we go to The RV Guys. Greg the service manager, Emily who does the warranty, and Nick the technician who went over our rig with us, very knowledgeable concerning our Jayco.

RV Guys are amazing! There are not many professional service centers around, but RV Guys are the best . They fixed all our warranty issues in two weeks with NO problems! Another dealer had our new trailer for THREE months and finally SAID issues were corrected, but they werent! RV Guys is where we will take all our business now! Wish we had known how professional they were sooner.

Sam and I are not the kind of people who write reviews. But we are the proud owners of a 2019 Fuzion. To my amazement I am writing a good review! I am writing this review about Remington our sales person, Greg the Service Manager and Bryan in finance. Even tho we just picked up our new RV on April 17, 2019, I feel that is important that if you read this review, they take pride in their profession. Working with my husband and I is a challenge in its self, we have huge demands on service, items that we need in order to enjoy the things we want to do. Their answer to our demands is always say we can help you with those issues. Greg and Remmington stepped up and made things happen. Bryan in finance is a great person to work with, always helping in anyway he can. There is no doubt that this three people are intelligent, hard workers with ethic par excellent. Now the challenge comes to provide that type of service after the sale. I have full confidence that The RV Guys will continue to provide exceptional service, no matter what the problems maybe in the future with our RV.

Everyone was friendly and we bought a camper!

We purchased a Layton Trident from the RV guys and love it. We drove all the way from California because the had it for 7 thousand dollars less than our California Store. These guys did more for us than they could possibly understand. We were in a time crunch, and they had 2 service tecs stay through the night to get it ready in time for us. Beyond that, we had a bit of a snafu with our truck and needed a new 5th wheel hitch, which wouldnt be ready and installed until after they closed. Our sales man, Preston, stayed late (1.5 hours after closing) to ensure proper set up of the 5th wheel, and get us on the road. We couldnt have been happier, and this was by far the easiest experience buying anything of this size I have ever had.

Best in the business; very knowledgeable, willing to listen & help. These guys have their stuff together! Would highly recommend them for all trailer needs: sales, service, & parts.

These guys are Great! We went on a camping trip to lake Murray in ok my parents came down from Amarillo and when they hooked up the water supply and went back in side it was completely flooded turn out it was the fill valve piece for the toilet we called every where all around us trying to find this part and either they were closed or did want to deal with us but the guy up here (cantremeber his name but he told me he use to work at a Harley shop) gave us the time of day even though his parts shop was closed we sent him pictures of the part and he went to go look for it and found it and waited on us a hour to get there save my parents from not being able to head to red river so we will definitely be using the rv guys again

After much research and many answered questions I pulled the trigger and purchased an RV from The RV Guys. I found them to be patient and helpful. The sales team was low pressure and pricing was competitive.

My husband and I bought a used RV a year ago from another dealer before we knew about The RV Guys. We were less than thrilled with our experience at the other dealership and found The RV Guys to help with service and parts. They are very knowledgeable, have a friendly staff and gave us great information the original dealer should have informed us about during the sale. It will be a few years before we trade up, but we will definitely buy our next RV from The RV Guys.

Franny sold me my first RV, a 2008 Fleetwood Fiesta 33L. She was so friendly and I knowledgeable which made the experience all the better. The guys back in the store were awesome and helped me with everything I needed for my maiden voyage. Even the nice lady who have me my plates when they came in added to a great experience!

I just went there to get my 5th Wheel inspected for the state inspection. They were very quick in getting that done, and very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Definitely won't hesitate to go back to then again. Also learned they have a nice parts dept there as well.

If you want to avoid high pressure sales, Remington is your man. He is very knowledgeable and will help you learn about why you like the travel trailer you do. He will take the time to show you the trailers above your choice as well as the trailers below your choice so you can feel comfortable with your decision. If you don't see the trailer you like, they seem to be getting new one in every week.

I recommend going to the RV Guys for all your recreation vehicle needs. Bear was my sales person and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the RV's. They have a large selection and a price range for any budget. Don't forget to ask for "Bear" and he will take great care of you.

Researched online for a specific Toy Hauler Travel Trailer and The RV Guys had one in stock. We called about purchasing it from out-of-state, which can be quite a challenge. The RV Guys were VERY responsive, answered all of our questions, and even worked with their parts department to install some extra tie downs for us. Special thanks to Remington for quickly meeting our needs, Stephen for working out the out-of-state financials, and Janet for getting the title and DMV paperwork for our state figured out. Outstanding service. To begin with, we hadn't planned on buying a trailer the day we visited The RV Guy's - we were only there to look. But our salesperson, Bear, was such a gem to work with that our looking turned into considering. And for the next hour, in 100 degree heat, Bear walked us through several trailer styles and helped us mete out the best trailer for our needs. Not to mention he's funny, easy going, and you don't feel pressured AT ALL to buy. In fact, I think we pressured Bear to sell. These guys are awesome! Remington Rice was our sales person, he is class act. It took us a couple of days to pick out the camper of our dreams and everyone we had contact with took really good care of us.
